Most residential cleanouts and small remodels fit a 15 or 20-yard container; larger renovations and demolition jobs usually call for a 30 or 40-yard. Tell us what you’re clearing out and we’ll size it for you over the phone.
How much does it cost?
We quote a flat price up front based on container size and what’s going in it — delivery, drop-off and pickup included, no surprise fees.
Do I need a permit?
Not on your own driveway or a private lot. On a city street, the City of Lancaster requires a $75 right-of-way permit through Public Works; other townships vary. Tell us where it’s going when you book and we’ll check before the truck rolls.
What can’t go in the dumpster?
We can’t take hazardous materials — paint, solvents, tires, batteries or refrigerants. Ask us if you’re not sure about something and we’ll point you the right way.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
There’s no rush — keep it as long as your project needs. Just let us know if it’ll be more than a couple of weeks so we can plan the pickup.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in East Lampeter Township and deliver across Lancaster, Manheim Township, Millersville, Willow Street, Mountville, Leola, Bird-in-Hand, Ronks, Columbia and Ephrata.
How fast can you deliver?
Call before noon across most of the service area and we can often get a container out the same day; otherwise it’s next-day.
Is someone available after hours?
Yes — our phone is answered around the clock, so you can book a delivery or ask a question any time.
