We’re based just outside the city, off Pitney Road near Route 30, which puts every Lancaster neighborhood within about ten minutes. Call in the morning and we can usually have a container on your driveway or lot that same day.
Lancaster’s housing runs from tight rowhomes on Cabbage Hill to larger single-family lots in Chestnut Hill, so container size depends more on the job than the address — a rowhome renovation and a full estate cleanout call for very different sizes. Tell us what you’re clearing and we’ll size it on the phone.
On your own driveway or lot, no permit is needed anywhere in the city. If the container has to sit on a city street, the City of Lancaster requires a $75 right-of-way permit through Public Works, valid 90 days: the container has to stay at least 20 feet from a fire hydrant and 25 feet from an intersection. Tell us when you book and we’ll handle the paperwork before the truck rolls.
